If you have Lightning installed as an add-on in Thunderbird, you may have a calendar file incompatibility. Go into User->Documents and Settings->ApplicationData->Spicebird and Delete the spicebird folder. Go into User->Documents and Settings->Local Settings->Spicebird and delete the Spicebird folder. Restart Spicebird and select "Import Nothing" when prompted. Go through the rest of the setup as you see fit, adding any accounts you want. Spicebird Tasks should work after this. WARNING, dont delete the spicebird folders if you're using it as your primary mail app and you want to keep your mail and address books etc. If this is the case, I don't know what to tell you.

There is no need to delete the entire Spicebird folder. Removing the storage.sdb will remove the calendar specific data. Later, Calendars can be exported from Thunderbird/Lightning and imported into Spicebird in CSV format. --Sunil Mohan 04:55, 6 March 2009 (EST)
