Reporting Problems with Your Locale
If you find a problem with the translation of Spicebird in your locale, please report it in the project issue tracker, under "Spicebird Localizations" product under your locale component or the "Default" component.
Contributing: Joining/Starting a Team
If you seek to contribute to Spicebird localization, the first thing to do is to check if there is a team already working on your locale for Spicebird at the localizations teams page to join hands with them. Otherwise, add yourself to the page (this is team registration process) and proceed to localize.
There are two ways you can do localization. Using a web based translation system or off-line (in the manner Mozilla products are localized).

Offline TranslationTutorialSee the tutorial on how to create a new localization or update an existing locale off-line. Submitting Your LocalizationPlease post your finished localization on the project issue tracker by creating a bug under the "Default" component of "Spicebird Localizations" product. Please submit only a zip of the l10n/locale directory and not the language pack. Applying for an SVN AccountAfter a review and initial commit your localization, you may apply for an SVN account to maintain your localization. For this, please raise a bug asking for SVN account under the "Administration" product, "Default" component. |
